Can we buy our own tile and ask you to install it?
Absolutely. We do this all the time. We prefer to get involved early to guide you through the tile selection process. While tile you see at a big box store may seem appealing, this is rarely the place to find quality materials.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with any of our services, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied. Our goal has always been to create a happy, satisfied customer. We have no interest in creating unhappy customers. Should we be unable to do so, we will remove any material installed at no cost to you.
Do you sell tile or other construction materials?
No. We do not sell tile or stone and only provide installation services. If we sold tile, we would become sales professionals and become solely interested in pushing product. We do however guide you in choosing the right product.
Do you sell ceramic or porcelain baseboards?
Some folks confuse custom cut tile baseboards with cove base moulding. While they serve the same purpose, they are different. Since we only provide tile installation services, we don’t sell tile baseboards. Ceramic baseboards are normally cut by tile setter. Note that in one of the pictures (near the toilet) you can see where we have cut them.
In these pictures Silverlake handicap shower, we used what is called cove based moulding. This is for commercial applications like restaurants and public bathrooms.
